HR Expert

Objective: Provides a broad range of support for the administration of HR processes and program

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
- Provide analytical reports ‪(performance measurement and job analysis)‬
- Support the development of HR metrics, data management and analysis and reporting
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports including new hiring, termination, employee list, transfers, promotions and etc.‎
- Prepare and maintain employee files assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality
- Manage day to day HR Operations activities related to employee life cycle
- Develop, organize, schedules and evaluate training programs
- Take part in recruitment process

Reporting to: HR Business Partner

Duration: Permanent

Desired start date: As soon as possible

Probation: 3- month

Working hours: Saturday- Wednesday 08:00- 17:30

Qualification 

University qualifications: At least bachelor degree in HR/‎ Public/‎ Industrial Management

Previous experience: At least 2 years in the field of HR

Soft skills:
- Self and time management
- Passion of HR

Ideal age range: 25- 30

Gender preference: Both male and female

Language skills: Familiar with English language
